this town got totally devastated from sandy. they're already starting to flood here and this rain has been coming down here. this is a business di ocean avenue. every one of the businesses was destroyed by sandy. there are 1500 people in this town and they say every home was affected in one way or the other. minor flooding all the way to major structural damage. this is only adding insult to injury especially for them. right behind me or behind the camera, turning around right now, that's a 20-foot berm they're trying to build, trying to finish it off before the worst of the storm hits. they're hoping that's going to protect them from the ocean on that side. the thing about sea bright whic nor'easters is that -- and rain storms like this, it's only blo. we have the ocean right here. right past that sand berm you can't see. swing it back around, sorry if we're getting you, that's the river down there. so they get flooded on literally both sides. and they're worried this and take away what sandy did manage to leave behind and they

you know, look, he started his morning at 7:30 with a conference call with fema on hurricane sandy. he taped a bunch of radio calls yesterday. did tom joiner this morning. 10 satellite interviews this afternoon. and we didn't want to tell him this on the plane but he's going back to do satellite this afternoon. between that playing some basketball. he's busy but relaxed. again, i think he feels he's in a good place. we have made the case in this race for building this economy from the middle out, moving this economy forward, and juxtapose that with mitt romney's theory of extending tax breaks to the wealthiest as a way of building our economy and we know what happened the last time we did that, it ended in economic devastation. we have a strong case that we're making today on election day. >> and finally, robert, if the president is fortunate enough to be re-elected, what do you think his first priorities are, especially since most likely if he is re-elected it's go to be a status quo, potentially a democratic still, but most certainly a heavily partisan and republican house. >> rig
